Items purchased on thecrystaling.com and shipped to a Hong Kong address may be returned to The Crystaling for return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items returned in original packaging (The Crystaling box and/or pouch). Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept return of earrings, gemstones water bottle and gemstones perfume oil.

Please email josephine@thecrystaling.com for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from thecrystaling.com.

Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

Items marked Special Order may not be returned. Custom script orders may not be returned.

The Crystaling does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn.

International Shipments - Orders Shipped Outside Of Hong Kong

The Crystaling does not accept returns on any orders shipped to addresses outside of Hong Kong. All purchases shipped outside of Hong Kong are Final Sale. Once shipped, international orders cannot be cancelled. Special orders cannot be cancelled. The customer is responsible for duties and taxes and must contact the shipping company to pay these fees. The Crystaling only charges for international shipping fees at checkout. Refused international shipments will be abandoned and will not be refunded. Free shipping is not offered for orders shipped outside Hong Kong.

The Crystaling Jewellery reserved all the rights to make the final decision in case of any dispute.
