Shipping policy
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. The Crystaling will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12PM GMT+8 will begin processing that day and will ship within 2-3 business days,
Orders placed Monday - Friday after 12PM GMT+8 will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2-3 business days, unless expedited shipping is selected.
Orders placed on Friday after 12PM GMT+8 or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
The Crystaling does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or on observed holidays.
To check the status of your order please email josephine@thecrystaling.com. Please include your order number and a customer service representative will get back to you with a status update within 24 hours, Monday - Friday.
International Shipping:

We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt excluding weekends and holidays. Please enter your shipping address at checkout to determine shipping costs. Please note that we do NOT charge duties and taxes at time of checkout. The shipping company will be in contact with you regarding the payment of these fees.
